On30 sawmill from scratch -- machinery (2)

I started to make the carriage that transports the log to the machines.

I used some old wheelsets and made a fixture from modelling clay to hold the frame until the glue hardens:



While I waited, i made the log holding mechanism:



Also I made the track from code 50 rails and used my rail spikes to hold it:



After the carriage flatcar was ready, i painted and attached the top part. Also i made pulleys from some other wheelsets by attaching the two opposite sides:
